I’ve known the Nappen’s for as long as I’ve been in business, that’s 40 years. I’ve always found them to be above board and folks I can count on for good sense and integrity. In 2002, when the No-Tox® Products Division of Colorcon was searching for a site to lease, we were fortunate to locate a new 22,000 square foot building owned by Nappen & Associates. The New Britain Business Park in Chalfont, PA was perfect and so was our decision to begin the relationship with the Nappen group. My relationship with Nappen & Associates began in 1980 when my father oversaw the startup of a company in a new building on Park Drive. This is a brief letter to explain ESI’s decision to occupy properties owned by Nappen & Associates for our business. ESI needed to find additional space for growth and began a search for our new headquarters. We came upon a Nappen building and immediately saw that this was the corporate image we were looking for. The buildings on campus were well maintained and the grounds just the same.
Requests for minor improvements prior to moving in were handled without hesitation which made it essential to perform regular business operations.
