The Route 309 corridor runs through Quakertown, northbound across the Lehigh Valley, Allentown, and Bethlehem, or southbound through Souderton, Hatfield, Lansdale, North Wales, Ambler, Fort Washington, and Jenkintown. Route 309 continues south into Philadelphia and the surrounding communities.
PA 663 runs east-west through Quakertown. PA 663 going west accesses the I-476 Turnpike Interchange. PA 663 changes to PA 313 eastbound towards Doylestown. It connects Quakertown to Pennsburg and Pottstown to the west and provides access to I-476.
The Quakertown interchange of the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike is minutes away from our properties via Route 663. Running north, I-476 runs through Allentown and up through the Pocono Mountains, leading to upstate New York. I-476 south runs through numerous Lehigh Valley communities before connecting with I-276, and onto I-95.
